What is this mysterious cheeseburger?

This was spotted in western Pennsylvania by our friend Olivia. There was nothing else around it.

Update: Our friend Todd points out that this is an Officer Big Mac climb-in jail playground from the original character lineup of the McDonaldland ad campaign. What it's doing in a field in rural PA, of course, is anyone's guess.
